These terms apply to your use of trialboost.co and to your membership in the TrialBoost registry. By using this site or joining the registry, you agree to them.

What TrialBoost does

TrialBoost maintains a registry of people who have asked to hear about clinical research opportunities. We introduce interested people to research organizations. We are not a healthcare provider, research site, study sponsor, or contract research organization. We do not conduct studies, do not screen anyone for a study, and do not decide who takes part in one.

What this site is not

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is a recommendation that you take part in any research. We do not diagnose, treat, or advise on any condition. Talk to your own doctor before making decisions about your health, including whether to take part in research.

Joining the registry does not enroll you in anything, does not guarantee you will be contacted about any opportunity, and does not guarantee you will be found eligible for one. Eligibility decisions are made by research organizations, not by us.

Joining the registry

You must be 18 or older. You must give us accurate information and keep it current. You may only join on your own behalf, using your own contact details.

Contact you agree to

When you join, you choose whether we and the research organizations we share your information with may contact you by text message, phone call, or email. If you agree to phone contact, that includes autodialed and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of taking part in any research. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

Sharing with research organizations

By joining, you agree that we may share the information you provide with research organizations, clinical research sites, and their service providers, who may contact you about research opportunities and may ask you additional questions. Those organizations act independently of us and are responsible for their own conduct, their own screening, and their own compliance obligations.

Leaving

You can leave at any time by replying STOP to any text, using the form at trialboost.co/withdraw, or emailing privacy@trialboost.co. We will stop contacting you and stop sharing your information with anyone new.

Acceptable use

Do not submit information about anyone other than yourself, do not submit false information, do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to this site, and do not use automated means to submit the form.

Our content

The content on this site belongs to TrialBoost or our licensors. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy it for commercial use without our permission.

Disclaimer and limits

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your membership in the registry. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
