Leave the TrialBoost registry

You can leave at any time, and it takes effect immediately. Choose whichever is easiest:

By text

Reply STOP to any text message you have received from us. That stops all messages from TrialBoost right away.

By email

Email privacy@trialboost.co from the address you signed up with, or tell us the phone number you signed up with. Say that you want to leave the registry.

What happens when you leave

• We stop contacting you by text, phone, and email.
• We stop sharing your information with any new research organization.
• We keep a record that you asked to leave, so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Research organizations we already shared your information with keep their own records. If you do not want to hear from them either, contact them directly, or email us and we will tell you who they are.

Deleting your information

You can also ask us to delete the information we hold about you. Email privacy@trialboost.co and say you want your information deleted. We will confirm and act on it within the time your state allows. We keep a minimal record of your consent and your deletion request, because we are required to be able to show what happened.
